Longer health, measured system by system. We look at the six systems that shape how well you live for decades, and build one plan around the ones that matter most for you.

Longevity is not one test

How long you stay healthy depends on several systems working together: your heart and blood vessels, your metabolism, your brain, your muscle, your hormones and your ability to recover. A problem in one usually shows up in the others.

Longevity medicine at GitelCare starts with your Executive Physical, reads your results as six connected systems, and turns them into one plan led by Dr. Gitelmaker.

The six systems we measure

For each one: what we measure, why it matters, what we can change, and how we keep track.

01

Heart & Vascular

What we measure
Blood pressure, advanced cholesterol and cardiovascular risk markers, a resting ECG, and imaging such as coronary calcium scoring when it is indicated.
Why it matters
Heart and blood vessel disease builds quietly for years before it causes symptoms.
What we can change
Nutrition, exercise, blood pressure and cholesterol care, with medication when it is appropriate.
How we monitor it
Repeat markers and blood pressure at each review.
02

Metabolic

What we measure
Blood sugar, insulin and diabetes-risk testing, body composition and resting metabolic rate.
Why it matters
Insulin resistance sits behind weight gain, fatty liver, heart disease and more.
What we can change
Nutrition, activity and sleep, Transform360 for weight and metabolic health, and medication when it fits.
How we monitor it
Repeat labs and body composition against your baseline.
Transform360
03

Brain & Cognition

What we measure
Cognitive screening, sleep, mood and stress review.
Why it matters
Brain health follows heart and metabolic health, and early changes are easier to act on.
What we can change
Sleep, exercise, blood pressure and metabolic control, and stress support.
How we monitor it
Repeat screening at the interval Dr. Gitelmaker sets.
04

Strength & Body Composition

What we measure
Body fat, muscle mass and visceral fat, grip strength, balance, and VO2 max when it is appropriate for you.
Why it matters
Muscle and fitness are among the strongest predictors of healthy aging and independence.
What we can change
A training plan, protein and nutrition, and recovery built around your results.
How we monitor it
Repeat body composition and fitness testing.
05

Hormonal

What we measure
Thyroid function and a male or female hormone evaluation.
Why it matters
Hormones shape energy, sleep, mood, body composition and metabolic health.
What we can change
Lifestyle changes first, and treatment only after a full evaluation shows it is appropriate.
How we monitor it
Repeat labs and symptom review while on any treatment.
Hormone & Metabolic Optimization
06

Recovery & Resilience

What we measure
Sleep, stress, inflammatory markers, and vitamin and nutritional status.
Why it matters
Recovery is where the body adapts. Poor sleep and chronic stress undo progress everywhere else.
What we can change
Sleep and stress strategies, and recovery services at G3 Longevity Center chosen with your care team.
How we monitor it
Follow-up review of sleep, stress and markers.

Who it is for

Longevity & Performance Medicine may be a good fit for:

Adults who want to stay ahead of disease, not react to it

Busy professionals who want one physician to see the whole picture

People with a family history of heart disease, diabetes or dementia

Active adults who want to keep strength, energy and performance for decades

Common questions

Most patients start with the Executive Physical. It gives Dr. Gitelmaker the baseline he needs to read all six systems together and build your plan.

Dr. Gitelmaker sets the timing from your results and goals, so the plan is checked against real numbers, not guesses.

Your program is paid directly to the practice, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Insurance is still used where it applies, such as covered medications, imaging at outside facilities and specialist referrals.
